Beginner Bachata at The Double E

We’re excited to welcome you to the wonderful world of bachata! This class is designed for new dancers who want to build a strong foundation from the ground up. We’ll focus on repetition to master the basics, including partnering concepts and fundamental patterns. The class is drop-in friendly. No partner or prior dance experience is necessary, and the main goal is to have fun! 

Key Concepts You’ll Learn:

- Basic Steps: Get comfortable with foundational Bachata footwork.

- Timing & Rhythm: Learn how to count the beats and stay on time.

- Partner Connection: Develop skills to connect with your partner—hand placement, frame, and leading or following.

- Core Moves: Discover the essential Bachata moves that will set you up for social dancing and prepare you for intermediate classes.
